Hidden is the first episode of the first season of The Adventures of Puss in Boots. The episode was released on January 9, 2015.
Overview[]
Puss accidentally stumbles upon the legendary hidden city of San Lorenzo, and soon finds himself forced to protect it from thieves.
Summary[]
Puss defending Dulcinea.
Puss in Boots is in The Thieves' Market when he encounters a white feline, Dulcinea, who is being harassed by thieves. After rescuing her, he helps her buy some silk, but gets concerned that she might be attacked on her way home, so he follows her to the desert. He sees her enter through a hidden portal and follows suit, reciting the entry phrase though with an initial failure due to an incorrect word.

When he enters he realizes he has accidentally stumbled upon the legendary town of San Lorenzo. Puss initially tries to bring Dulcinea to safety, seeing the town's residents as possible dangers, trashing the place in the process but quickly realizes he was mistaken about the townspeople. Dulcinea brings Puss to meet the town's residents who have been living in secrecy for many years. Dulcinea shows Puss their town's treasure room, but when Puss steals a coin from the vault, he inadvertently breaks the spell that has cloaked the town.

He believes the town will be over-ridden by rogues, and encourages the townsfolk to flee their homes, but Dulcinea stands firm, seeing the town as her rightful place that she must protect at all cost. The rest of the town unites in solidarity. Puss defends it from the oncoming thugs. Afterwards, he agrees to stay around to protect the town until he can fix his error.
